Puppy guarantee extends to the following guarantee to the one sold (no third
party) no cash refund
To the best of my knowledge and belief, the puppy you have just purchased is in good
health. We guarantee your puppy for two (2) working days. We are not responsible for
any association charges such as veterinarian fees. To qualify for this agreement, you
must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within two
working days.
Guarantee on Health
If your puppy, in the opinion of your veterinarian, has any physical problems that make it
a poor health risk, we will provide you with a healthy replacement puppy when one
becomes available from one of our litters. To make your claim for replacement, bring
your puppy back the same day of examination.
Puppies are like children in that they are susceptible to pneumonia, colds, and other
infections due to drafts, cold temperatures, etc. Another problem is hypoglycemia (low
blood sugar) that is brought on by a number of reasons including not eating properly,
being handled too much, and the stress of being moved to a new home.
I also do not guarantee against any worms or coccidian parasites. These conditions are
ALL THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY.
General Terms and Conditions
A. If you qualify for a replacement, you can choose one of equal or lesser value
when one comes available.
B. If you choose a replacement which has greater value than the original, you must
pay the difference.
C. We will not be responsible for any illness or injury due to improper care or
treatment by the buyer.
D. We make no guarantees that you will be able to show or breed this puppy.
E. If you wish to make this claim, you must bring this guarantee with you.
F. If you are returning a puppy for replacement, you must bring any registrations or
applications to register with you and sign any papers necessary to transfer ownership
back to us.
G. Upon purchase, shot and worming records will be furnished to the purchaser.
H. We are not responsible for any vet fees for examination, drugs, x-rays, or other
treatments.
I. In the event of the death of your puppy, you will have to furnish us with the
autopsy report from your vet.
J. All of our puppies are de-wormed prior to their sale.
K. All puppies need shots at 6 weeks, 9 weeks, and 12 weeks old. All of our puppies
are given the proper shots on schedule while in our care.
L. All puppies need to be started on heartworm preventative of you and your vet’s
choice.
It is impossible to accurately determine the exact adult size of any puppy; therefore we
cannot give any size guarantees on the particular breed you have just purchased.
